Turn around time is the time it will take to receive your package once you place your order for:
For Party Orders:
Normal orders: Once you place an order, please allow up to two weeks to receive your mystery party package unless you are placing a rush order or have verified a "must need by" date ahead of time.
"Need by date" orders: If you are placing an order and have a date that you would like to have the materials back by, please contact us and less us know your "need by" date. We will try to accommodate your request when our schedule allows. Turn around time: depends on your "need by" date. Note:"Need by" date orders are not necessarily rush orders. Some planners order well in advance, but do not want the materials until a specific time. For instance: A planner may be on vacation and not want to receive the materials until after she returns.
Rush orders: are accepted only upon verification that we can accommodate your request and process your order on a RUSH basis. Generally rush order turn around times are 2 to 5 days. Note: Depending on our schedule, we cannot always accept rush orders.
Please remember, that all orders are completed on a custom order basis. Each order is customized and then assembled to your theme selection and the size of your individual party. This is the only way to insure that you and your guests will have the very best possible time and that the mystery plot and play will live up to our high standards.
When you place a supplemental order for additional character roles or extra player parts, after your original party order was shipped, we generally ship the parts within two days.
Delivery time depends on how the planner wants her package shipped. For supplemental orders, we ship either by express overnight mail or by priority mail. Let us know your preference at the time you order. Note: Depending on the number of parts you order, we may have to ship by express mail.
For Advance Planner Kit Orders:
Upon receipt of your Advance Planner Kit order, we will ship your materials within two to four days via Priority Mail. Usual turn around time for Advance Planner Kit orders is about one week.
