Shipping information and charges

Within the United States: We ship via express overnight U.S. Mail once your package is ready to go. If you send us your e-mail address, we will let you know the day it ships and your express mail package tracking number.

To Canada: We ship via Air Mail, unless otherwise arranged.

For Express Overnight Mailings: A signature is required for delivery. If you are not there to receive package, a notice will be left for you. You may then pick up pkg. at your post office or call for redelivery.

If you want your package left without your signature, you may request that we waive the signature requirement.

Do this only if you feel that your package can be left in a secure place. You are solely responsible for the package once it is left on your site and Murder by Mail will not refund lost or stolen packages that have had signature waivers requested.

Express Mail overnight shipping charges:

Count the total number of people you are ordering kits for (both characters and extra players) Note: characters and extras are also referred to as character dossier "kits" and extra player "kits."

• For up to 16 participant kits (characters and/or extras) = $24
• For up to 24 participant kits (characters and/or extras) = $28
• For up to 30 participant kits (characters and/or extras) = $37
• For up to 46 participant kits (characters and/or extras) = $39
• For up to 60 participant kits (characters and/or extras) = $46
• For up to 75 participant kits (characters and/or extras) = $54
• For 75+ Please contact us.

Add the shipping charges to the cost of your materials to figure the total package price.
