We customize all of our mystery party packages right to the numbers you give to us and to the number of male and female characters you need, even when you have an uneven count, as long as it is within the size range of characters available. When not, we can make up the difference with "convertible" characters and/or "extras."
We can accommodate a minimum of 10 participants on up. There is virtually no maximum size since we have the ability to customize your individual package. One of the largest parties we planned was a fund raiser for 400+ guests! More typically fund raisers fall into the 100+ size range. Large private parties are often up to 40 or 50 people. While smaller dinners are in the 10 to 20 range.
No matter what size party you plan, they all work the same way with entertainments, subplots, activities for all built in, and of course the mock murder and investigation. When we customize your party, we customize everything to your numbers: the cast of characters, story line, plans, activities, all of it.
Male/female character sizing flexibility: We also offer male/female sizing flexibility to allow you to boost the number of female roles and decrease the number of male roles when needed or desired*. We accomplish this flexibility through our "convertible characters" feature and is available just for the asking, at no additional cost. *Typically when such sizing flexibility is needed, it is in the direction of increased female characters.
Downsizing safety net: We also build into each party package a "safety net" of characters which may be cut without harming the story line. In this way, you do not have to worry about what will happen to your party if guests must drop out at the last minute. We indicate right on your planner's cast which roles may be cut. You can even plan ahead if you know that particular guests will be "iffy" in their attendance and assign them "safety net" roles.
Supplemental ordering / upsizing your party when needed: You may order additional parts (characters and/or extras) when your party unexpectedly increases in size. All you need to do is call us and place a supplemental order. We generally turn around supplemental orders by the next business day.
