Payment: All orders must be prepaid. Personal checks are accepted. For RUSH orders, we accept money orders only unless pre approved.
Our guarantee: Murder by Mail guarantees all
workmanship to be free of defects which will prevent the party from
being staged as intended with the exception of minor typesetting
discrepancies such as occasional typos. Murder by Mail will replace
any defective or missing parts reported before staging. Murder by
Mail guarantees that the party will play out successfully as
described and intended upon all instructions being followed. Murder
by Mail cannot be held responsible for guest attendance or
absenteeism affecting the event. Murder by Mail cannot be held
responsible for acts of god and nature pertaining to weather and/or
scheduling. Murder by Mail cannot be held responsible for the actions
of guests attending the event or the failure of the participants to
carry out their parts. Failure to do so voids this warranty. Murder
by Mail will refund cost of materials only to the original purchaser
upon such failure of the packaged materials to perform as warranted.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the staged
event.
Return policy: Since these are custom materials assembled to the customer's specifications, no refunds are made once material have been assembled and/or shipped. You may postpone your party and stage at a later date and we will assist you in accommodating size changes, add ons, deletions, etc. at that time to insure that you will be able to stage your event as planned. Package materials do no go out of date.
Murder by Mail mystery parties are sold with a license
agreement in which the purchaser agrees to all terms set forth in the
license agreement accompanying the package. Purchaser agrees to abide
by all license use terms and copyright laws pertaining to said
package. License agreement is included with package. You may request
a copy ahead of time by sending a SASE.

packaging murder mystery parties since 1980. We always endeavor to
insure that our product provides an enjoyable entertainment
