To order a complete mystery party package, use this party order form.

Instructions: Print this form, fill it in with your order information, and mail to us with your check or money order made out to Murder by Mail. Mail payment as instructed below. Note: You may also call or email us to place your order.
For all PARTY orders, please include the following:

• The theme you have selected.
• The date (if known or approximate) of your planned party.
• Your address (where you want package sent). Note: PO Boxes are OK.
• Your phone number and e-mail address.
